We were 1st time buyers and knew nothing about the process. We started out by going to the big corporate banks we have accounts with.. But other then being provided a lump sum approval with a rate, we were treated like we didn't even matter and had difficulty getting them to call us back and provide detailed breakdowns and answer our questions. Our realtor John Hagarty recommended Hannah and it truly was a blessing. She knows everything and was so patient with us and answered a million questions and educated us on everything we needed to know and walked us through the process every step of the way.
