Hannah was absolutely amazing to work with. Service was out of this world. This was my 3rd home buying purchase and I wish I had her on my team for my first two purchases. She was very informative, kind, helped me really lock in the best lending options without me having to do all the work. She saved me time and stress. She also was so resourceful in providing connections to lock in home owners insurance and other things. Since we were relocating from out of state, Hannah and her team made sure we had a seamless process thru and thru.

We were 1st time buyers and knew nothing about the process. We started out by going to the big corporate banks we have accounts with.. But other then being provided a lump sum approval with a rate, we were treated like we didn't even matter and had difficulty getting them to call us back and provide detailed breakdowns and answer our questions. Our realtor John Hagarty recommended Hannah and it truly was a blessing. She knows everything and was so patient with us and answered a million questions and educated us on everything we needed to know and walked us through the process every step of the way. She even helped us close early which saved us money on rent. She really took the stress out of it and made us feel like a priority. I highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.

Hannah is super efficient! The entire process was done super fast/smoothly. If you are looking for a very transparent broker, I would choose Hannah. We really love that she initially sat with us, went through a sample closing cost sheet, and explained each line by line. This was super helpful because when we actually did see the closing sheet, it was not the first time we had seen it. Hannah was also very good at explaining all the things we didn't understand, as we were first-time home buyers. Thank you, Hannah! For guiding us in our first home purchase!

Their team communicates consistently and clearly. Judging by the repeat clients, I would say they are great at obtaining the best rates and low closing fees too.
